TITLE: Systems Administrators
DUTIES:
Manage the technical aspect of customer relationships including reporting on technical
priorities and service requests; escalating issues to engineers as needed; liaising with
vendors. Participate in technical research and development to enable continuing
innovation within the information system infrastructure. Ensure that system hardware,
operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational
values. installation, operation and maintenance of desktop hardware, software and related
infrastructure. Additionally responsible for the administration of clients’ network by
managing and maintaining up to date client documentation that includes hardware and
software inventory, vendor list, and other client specific items, as well as developing and
documenting good system standards for computer and network devices.
REQUIREMENTS: Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.

Washington DC 20009. Multiple Positions.
HOURS: 9:00 A.M. - 5:30 P.M 40 hours per week
