Katherine is a "go-alongside" partner with organizations; providing project management, implementation and capacity building support. Prior to joining Community IT Innovators, she worked as an independent consultant in the Washington, DC area. Katherine also previously worked for Verizon where she was a catalyst for the development and implementation people-centered technology solutions, organizational transitions and process improvements. Her experience includes technology project management and implementations (application and network), process management, transition facilitation, training, one-on-one coaching, organizational development, and stakeholder relations. Katherine holds a B.A. in Communications from Angelo State University, obtained graduate studies towards an M.B.A. at the University of Texas at Dallas, and holds a graduate certificate in conflict resolution from Eastern Mennonite University. Katherine enjoys poking around in the dirt (gardening) and hiking.
