Craig assists organizations with network management and systems administration and helps perform strategic planning and needs assessments for computer equipment and peripherals for many different non-profit organizations in the Washington DC Metro Area. Craig is a native Washingtonian, and he touched his first computer ever in 1998. He feels that Community IT Innovators gives him the best position to really help the community, to bridge the digital divide. He is currently a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP). Craig is also a fulltime volunteer in the Southeast DC area community. He spearheads computer giveaway and training efforts and has been doing so for the past 7 years. Service to the community and its kids is the driving force behind Craig's efforts outside of the workplace.
