Duncan helps organizations implement their business processes through the deployment of information technology applications such as websites and custom databases. He leads clients through requirements analysis, planning, implementation, and deployment, and develops the tools and structures that constitute the finished system. Prior to CITI Duncan worked in a variety of information technology business environments: dot-com startup, association management system vendor, trade association, international organization, large corporation, and a scientific/technical firm. The scope of projects ranged from single-user applications to enterprise management systems, with emphasis on problem-solving, solution design, client interaction, and application development. Duncan feels very fortunate that he gets to work in a collaborative environment on technology projects that support the missions of the kind of clients that CITI attracts. Duncan is certified in ColdFusion and MySQL, and holds an M.S. degree in Computer Systems Management, a B.S. in Computer Science, and a B.S. in Geography from the University of Maryland. Raised in Paris, France, Duncan is also bilingual in English and French.
