Raymond joined Community IT Innovators (CITI) in September 2002 after eight years with Accenture, a global technology, outsourcing, and consulting firm. While at Accenture Raymond gained experience as a software developer, business process analyst, and project manager focusing on the development and implementation of enterprise wide information systems for state and federal government agencies. Since coming to CITI, Raymond has developed deep skills in planning, managing, implementing and information technology for nonprofit organizations. He has put his business process, software implementation and management skills to work by assisting our clients with selecting and implementing off the shelf enterprise database systems. He is currently leading our Salesforce.com practice and is a certified Salesforce.com Implementation Consultant. Raymond graduated from Michigan State University with a B.S. in Engineering. He is also a Microsoft Certified Professional.
