Terry has seventeen years of software development and technical leadership experience creating a variety of application types: desktop applications, metadata management systems, data conversion applications and publishing systems. He has a strong interest in XML technologies. Terry enjoys providing impactful technology solutions to organizations making an impact in our city and in our world. Prior to joining CITI, Terry worked as a software engineer for LexisNexis. Terry has a BS in General Science with a minor in Computer Science from the University of Notre Dame. Terry and his partner have a four year old hound dog Lily who has completely taken over their lives.
