Senior Consultant

Rob is passionate about helping organizations meet their operational and strategic needs through strategic IT management. He possesses more than 18 years of experience helping organizations build capacity by using technology to improve their business processes. Prior to joining CITI, Rob served as the interim director of operations and finance for a DC-based charter school, a university administrator and a business analyst for an e-Commerce start-up. He received his undergraduate degree in Sociology and a master's degree in the Management of Information Technology from the University of Virginia. Rob is also a songwriter, producer, and arranger and is affectionately known in Hip Hop circles as Blue Black of the Unspoken Heard.
