Tisha has more than 15 years of administrative, office, facilities and Human Resources (HR) experience. Prior to coming to CITI, she served the past 5 years as the Office Manager and Senior HR Coordinator at the German Marshall Fund of the United States. In joining the CITI team Tisha is pleased to be a part of an organization that has a positive community-based focus.  Tisha is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.  She is currently pursuing a business degree from the University of Phoenix.  Tisha lives somewhat in the boonies from CITI's offices, exactly 63.89 miles, where she abides with her husband and 3 teenagers.
