Monica-Lisa Mills
Senior Project Manager
Monica-Lisa is a project manager specializing in applying Agile methodologies to web design and web development projects. She has found that the Agile approach accommodates the realities of technology projects and keeps clients closely involved in the process, so the results reflect their priorities and maximize their budget. Monica-Lisa has worked with social mission organizations since 1996 in a variety of roles including director, program manager, writer, and teacher. She also served as an in-house resource for all things technology related, from digital and web-based tools to web design and development. She has a background in theater and visual art. Monica-Lisa holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Theater from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, and a Masters of Divinity in Theology from the Episcopal Divinity School in Cambridge, MA. In addition to her technology work, she creates various artsy projects in her studio, studies Gaelic and traditional Irish singing, and runs a soccer league for adults.
