Galen enjoys the challenge of working in diverse computing environments and brings experience supporting Windows, Mac, and Linux.  Prior to CITI, he worked as a support analyst in a university environment and did freelance programming for small businesses and non-profits.  He is A+ Certified and working towards the MCSE.  Galen is originally from Southeastern Virginia (Chesapeake, VA to be exact), and holds a B.A. in Philosophy and Theology from Eastern Mennonite University, with minors in English and History.  In his free time, Galen enjoys traveling North America by train, reading philosophical fiction, and watching baseball on a lazy afternoon.
